Fred again's popularity has absolutely exploded over the past few years. In 2023 he headlined Coachella, performed a NPR Tiny Desk Concert, toured the world with sell-out shows, all while continuing his production output.
So will Fred again be releasing a fourth edition of his Actual Life project anytime soon?
Chances are, no.
In a podcast from September 2022 he was asked about his Actual Life albums and he said: "for me it's the end of that trilogy as it were. It's one, two and three, and then I'm going to do some other stuff for a bit and I'm sure I'll come back to it one day, but [Actual Life 3] is the end of the story of that bit of life that I wanted to tell"
True to his word, since then collaborations have been his focus, with releases such as:

- Secret Life (collab album with Brian Eno)
- afore u (with Obongjayar)
- ten (with Jozzy)
- leavemealone
